The § 34a certificate of competence is the minimum requirement for working in the German security industry. The master craftsman qualification is the highest level in the field. The difference does not show in on-site presence, but before and after it: in the threat assessment, the security concept, the briefing of personnel, and the responsibility we take for the outcome.

Who is behind this
Citadelta is led by Ahmad Abu Zer, master craftsman for protection and security and Bachelor Professional in Security and Protection (CCI). Working in the security industry since 2019 and, as a certified instructor, also involved in training security personnel.
