I have worked in the security industry since 2019. I started where most people start: on shift, on site. Those years are the reason I know where security concepts fail in practice — rarely because of the theory, and almost always because nobody knows the reality on the ground.
The master craftsman examination in protection and security is the highest qualification in the German industry. It covers legal compliance, business administration, security technology, the design of security services, and vocational pedagogy. As a certified instructor, I train security personnel myself and brief them for each specific site.
I founded Citadelta because I wanted to offer security differently from how the market usually sells it: not as a quota of hours, but as an outcome that someone puts their name behind.
An assignment we cannot deliver properly is not an assignment. An honest no beats a site that is only guarded on paper.
Security is not an attendance sheet. We take responsibility for the concept holding up — not merely for someone having been on site.
Every quote starts with the question of what actually needs protecting. Only then do we talk about hours and rates.
