I have been in the security industry since 2019 and started where most people start: on shift, at the gate. For the last five years I have been in charge — as team leader, shift manager and site manager, with duty and personnel planning and responsibility for day-to-day operations. The master qualification changed little beyond the title; I already had the responsibilities.
In 2026 I passed the master's examination in protection and security, the highest qualification in the trade. It covers legal conduct, business administration, security technology, the design of security services, and vocational training. Seven years on the job were already behind me; the examination did not replace that practice, it organised it.
I founded Citadelta because I wanted to offer security differently from how the market usually sells it: not as a block of hours, but as a result somebody puts their name to. That has grown into two divisions that belong together — consulting says what is needed, guarding delivers it. Anyone who wants only one of them gets only one.
