CitadeltaCITADELTA

Citadelta Consulting · Assess

We look at your site before anyone sells you anything.

One survey, one written report, one order of priority. You learn where your site is exposed, roughly what fixing it costs and what comes first. If nothing is needed, that is what the report says — including none of our own services.

Act now
Open enough to be used on any given evening.
This year
No acute gap, but an item that belongs in the next budget.
Can wait
Recorded and assessed so nobody has to survey it again later.

Consulting

Three services. And what else comes up.

First establish what is needed. Then plan how it should look. And third, define what happens if it happens anyway. Anything beyond that — technology, construction, personnel — we discuss once it is clear that it is needed.

01

Security analysis

What does my site need — and do I need a guard service at all?

How it works
We come to you and walk the whole site once: grounds, access roads, gates and fences, lighting, doors and windows, who gets in where, what equipment is already there and how things actually run day to day. Anything that stands out gets photographed and measured.
What you get
A written report covering every weak point we find — with a photo, a measurement, what it means if something happens, and roughly what fixing it costs. Sorted into three groups: do now · this year · can wait. How long the report runs is decided by your site: we write no page that says nothing — and leave out no finding to make the list look shorter.
Afterwards
You know what comes first, what to budget for and what you can skip. And you get a clear answer to the question of whether your site needs people at all — or whether technology, building measures and changed procedures will do.
Who it is for
Commercial sites, warehouses, practices, trade businesses, property managers — with or without an existing guard service
Scope
One site up to 2,000 m². Larger sites measured individually.
02

Security concept

How should security at my site be set up?

How it works
We start by establishing with you what actually needs protecting, and against what. Then we walk the site — larger ones during night operations too — and talk to the people who really work there: practice managers and reception as much as plant management, gatehouse and shift. That produces a threat picture, and from it the protection objectives.
What you get
A complete concept across four levels: what needs to be built, what installed, what organised and what staffed. Every measure with a cost range and a priority, plus a plan for the order of implementation. On request we present it to your board.
Afterwards
You have something to put in front of your board, a solid basis for the budget, and a list you can hand to an installer or provider without them dictating the scope to you.
Who it is for
Medical practices, restaurants, retail units and law firms as much as manufacturing, logistics and warehouse sites and larger commercial properties — particularly where an insurer or authority imposes requirements
Scope
Four levels by site size — up to 500 m², up to 2,000 m², up to 10,000 m², and with implementation support.
03

Crisis and emergency management

What happens here when something actually happens?

How it works
We work through the situations that can realistically occur at your site — break-in, fire, a threat at reception, systems down, an accident in the yard. For each one we settle the same three questions: who notices first, who do they call, and who decides after that. Then we run one situation through with your people.
What you get
An alerting plan that fits on one page and works over the phone, an escalation procedure with clear responsibilities, and an emergency manual with one sheet per situation: what to do, who to inform, what must not happen. Plus the crisis team roles — filled with your names, not job titles.
Afterwards
In an emergency someone reaches for a sheet instead of improvising. And you know in advance where your organisation is thin — usually it is cover on a Friday evening, not the technology.
Who it is for
Sites with public access, medical practices and clinics, logistics and production sites, institutions with a duty of protection — and operators who must evidence rehearsed procedures
Scope
Alerting and emergency plan for one site · with crisis manual and team setup · tabletop exercise by the day. Plus ongoing support: keeping plans current, annual exercise.

What a service costs is set out in full in the quote before we start: site size, dates, and the list of what is expressly not included. Additional work only with your approval.

Also available

What else comes up

These pieces usually follow from an analysis or a concept — they appear as items in the report. If you already know this is exactly what you need, you can order them on their own.

Key and locking policy
Who holds which key, who issues it, what happens when one is lost. The question left unanswered at almost every site we walk.
Review of new security technology
We check whether the installed system does what the concept requires and hand you the points to settle before the final invoice. Formal acceptance stays with you.
Vehicle access protection — needs and requirements
For areas open to the public: we assess the threat, the approach routes and the protection objectives, and set out what a barrier system has to achieve. Detailed engineering of the system itself is done by a specialist planner.
Training for your staff
Reception, administration, gatehouse: dealing with strangers on site, with threats at the counter, with suspicious mail. No security staff required.
Stress test
With your written authorisation we try to get in — no pass, in someone's slipstream, through the side entrance. You find out whether your rules hold up day to day.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, and you know where you stand after the first

No sales process dragging on for weeks. The first call is free and takes twenty minutes; after that the price is fixed, before anyone drives out to you.

  1. 01

    A twenty-minute call

You describe the site and what is on your mind. We tell you which level fits — and if none fits, we say that too.

  2. 02

    Quote with a defined scope

Area, sites, dates, number of interviews and the list of what is expressly not included. Additional work only with your approval.

  3. 03

    On-site survey

Half a day to a full day at the site, at larger sites also at night. Anything of note is photographed and measured. Your people get asked, not just management.

  4. 04

    Report and handover

You get the document and an hour in which we walk through it. What you do with it is your decision — we do not bring a quote to that same meeting.

Method

Five shells, every time

Every site walk works from the outside in. That isn't a structure for the proposal — it's the order in which a site is actually breached, and therefore the order in which the report prioritises measures.

Division two

And where staff are needed, we provide them ourselves

The report does not end with the recommendation. Where the concept calls for officers, we run them — briefed on the same document.
